Qualifications:
Medical Faculty : as per MCI norms
Nursing Faculty : as per INC norms
Physiotherapy Faculty :
Principal : Master’s degree in any branch of Physiotherapy(MPT/MSPT) from a recognized University as a full time regular candidate after basic qualification of BPT and a total of 8 years of teaching experience, out of which minimum 5 years should be after P.G candidates with higher qualification like M.Phil or Phd will be given preference.
Lecturer: Master’s
degree in any branch of Physiotherapy M.P.T/MSPT from a recognized University
as a full time regular candidate after basic qualification of B.P.T.
Demonstrator:
Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized University as a full time
regular candidate.
General terms and conditions:
1.
The applicant must enclose demand draft
of Rs 1500/-(Rs 750/- for
SC/ST) Non-refundable in favour of The Registrar,
Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot payable at Faridkot.
2.
The University has right to increase or
decrease the number of posts at any stage without citing any reason or not to
fill any or all the posts.
3.
It is not obligatory to call each
candidate for interview who fulfills the prescribed qualification.
4.
The posts can also be filled on contract
basis if need be.
5.
The applicants applying for the post of
demonstrator and lecturer should not be above 37 years of age on the last date
of receipt of application form. The upper age limit for an applicant belonging
to SC/ST category shall be upto 42 years.
6.
The Applicant must have passed Punjabi or
its equivalent examination upto Matric
level.
7.
The Application on prescribed proforma must accompany self attested copies of
certificates for proof of date of birth, marks sheet, degree, experience etc
8.
Last date and time of receipt of
application form at the office of the Registrar, Baba Farid University of
Health Sciences, Sadiq Road, Faridkot is 13.8.2010 upto 4pm.
9.
The applications received without a valid
bank draft or without legible copies of documents or apparently containing
incomplete information and those received after prescribed date & time will
be summarily rejected.
